  • I live outside of Australia, can I still take this course?

    Yes you can! I'd love to support you and have you join us. The group calls will be run online via zoom 6pm Melbourne, Australia time. So you can be based anywhere in the world. The other materials will be held on an online platform for you to access

  • What if I'm not available for a group call?

    A proportion of the group calls will be dedicated to specific questions about the content and will be recorded & uploaded onto the course platform for listening to at a later date. However for privacy reasons, personal deeper discoveries will not be recorded in the group sessions.

  • How long will I have access to the materials?

    You will have access to the video & audio content for at least 1 year after the course has finished. All worksheets are downloadable

  • Is it a requirement that I have any knowledge of yoga??

    No. The main requirement is that you're curious and open minded to go deeper into your own inner experience
